After Twitter, Facebook has added a feature to its social networking website which is a verification system (recently implemented on Pakistani pages and profiles) which verifies pages and profiles to ensure that they are who they claim to be. If the page or profile is verified you’ll see a blue badge 
next to their name on timelines, in search results, and elsewhere on Facebook. You can hover over the blue badge to learn more about it. Also, keep in mind that not all authentic pages and profiles are verified and that you can’t request to have your page or profile verified. But you can report fake accounts that are impersonating you, your business or your brand.
