Twitter Adds Photo-tagging and Multiple Photos Upload

by March 27, 2014 0 comments

Twitter has rolled out two other Facebook-styled features, one is photo-tagging and the other is multiple photo uploads in a single tweet.
Now Twitter users can tag up-to 10 people in a photo and make their photos more social and easy to connect with friends. Photo-tagging doesn’t affect character count in the Tweet, you will still have 140 characters to utilize. You will get notifications once you get tagged in a photo. You can change photo-tagging settings and notifications via your account’s privacy settings.

The other big feature is multiple photo uploads in a single tweet. Now you can upload up to 4 photos in a single tweet that automatically will create a photo collage. You will just have to tap on a photo to preview. This feature will be live on iPhone first then on other platforms including Android and twitter.com.
