Pakistan Social Media Marketing Report – March 2014

According to Socialbakers, a social media analytics platform, the top 20 brands on Facebook Pakistan possessed an average of 1,291,417 fans at the end of March 2014.
The top 5 brands on Facebook Pakistan at the end of February were:
·         OLX Pakistan with 2,231,719 local fans;
·         Mobilink with 2,168,782 local fans;
·         Nokia Pakistan with 1,926,737 local fans;
·         Ufone with 1,900,422 local fans; and
·         Intel with 1,724,420 local fans.
Socialbakers also found that the top brands by engagement rate were:
·         CHESTER BERNARD with 3.24 percent, a 41 percent decrease;
·         Shaheen Air International (Official) with 1.78 percent, a 17 percent increase;
·         Supreme with 1.35 percent, a 3 percent decrease;
·         Shield Muskurahat with 1.26 percent, a 870 percent increase; and
·         WorldCall Telecom with 1.12 percent a 707 percent increase.
The most socially devoted Pakistani brands on Facebook were:
·         Warid with 948 answered questions
·         Zong with 580 answered questions
·         Mobilink with 451 answered questions
·         Djuice Pakistan with 352 answered questions
·         Telenor Pakistan with 289 answered questions
The average post engagement rate for all brands was 0.15 percent with an average response rate of 50 percent.

On the other hand, SocialBakers analyzed that the top 20 brands on Twitter Pakistan possessed an average of 27,979 followers at the end of March 2014.
